Mineral-rich clay soil and high-altitude vineyards of 1000m resulted in an absolute stunning white Spanish blend. Macabeo, Jaén Blanco and Vijiriega co-fermented in stainless steel tanks where Malolactic fermentation was blocked, creating a fresh mouthfeel. No oak aging. Highly recommended and a rare opportunity to enjoy local Spanish varietals which are simply not grown in SA.
