This 34.5 hectare domaine is located in Lancié, a small village north of Beaujolais bordering the Moulin à Vent, Fleurie and Morgon Cru appellations.
The “clos des Nugues” was bought in 1976 by Gérard Gelin. His son, Gilles Gelin then joined his parents in 2000 to continue the development of the estate. Today, the estate is solely run by Gilles and his wife. They’re known for their exceptional and structured wines, driven by excellent fruit and meticulous vineyard management.
