One stage up from “Crianza” is “Reserva”. By law, a wine labelled “Reserva” must spend a minimum of 3 years at the Bodega…of this one must be spent in barrel.  Overall the wine spent 36 months fermenting between barrel and bottle.  The objective was to create a wine with great complexity and harmony, which is exactly what Javier has done.  Firm structure, and silky smooth. This wine not only reflects the arid and hot terroir of Navarra, but now 7 years old, is extra smooth and sophisticated.
