One stage up from “Crianza” is “Reserva”. By law, a wine labelled “Reserva” must spend a minimum of 3 years at the Bodega…of this one must be spent in barrel.  Overall the wine spent 36 months fermenting between barrel and bottle.  The objective was to create a wine with great complexity and harmony, which is exactly what Javier has done.  Firm structure, and silky smooth. This wine reflects the arid and hot terroir of Navarra.
