An organic sweet white wine made from Pansa Blanca or Xarello as it’s known in South Africa. 18 Hour cold maturation is performed to extract the flavours and intense golden colour from the skin. The palate is long and structured with a great balance of acidity and sweetness. Subtle undertones of toast are evident on the nose, which is a result from the 4 months it spent in barrel. The fruit and aged flavours are extreme on the palate with an exceptional acid-sweet balance.
