All four varietals are fermented separately in oak barrels for a year to maintain the complex characteristics of the grapes. This Bordeaux-style blend has a beautiful deep ripe cherry colouring with a smooth palate entrance showing complexity and delicacy.
This 2015 is perfect to drink right away, but should also reward careful cellaring.
