The fruit is hand-picked from the steep slopes of Lorch, Assmannshausen and Rudesheim. A second selection of berries is carried out before vinification. The fruit from each parcel is vinified separately, and only blended before bottling. Savoury and generous with amazing precision and tons of complexity. This will definitely get you hooked on “Spätburgunder”
