Carefully selected grapes from vines up to 80 years old are hand-picked and de-stemmed before just 10-15% of the juice is extracted from the red wine mashes. This wine is then vinified in stainless steel vats in the original family cellar dating back to 1792!
The 100% Pinot Noir glitters in the glass and the wild strawberry aromas will evoke memories of Summer.
