A fantastic Italian Merlot. Brilliant ruby red in colour with politely vinous aromas on the nose.
The palate is dry, full and slightly herbaceous with dominant notes of dark stone fruit.
No oak was used in the fermenting of this Merlot, it did, however spend some time in stainless steel tanks.
An excellent match with a Sunday roast.
