Boasting 4.5 Platter Stars, this Pinot Blanc is like nothing you have ever tasted. The wine is presented beautifully with a golden wax seal. Pinot Blanc is a genetic mutation of Pinot Noir, making this wine very interesting with out-of-the-ordinary flavours.
The grapes were harvested by hand and transferred to French oak barrels for 9 months.
The palate is loaded with fruit flavours which accumulate in a crisp and long finish. Soft fig and tropical aromas are apparent on the nose.
In this specific vineyard block, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris vines are mixed, creating a result that is layered, tactile and completely unique!
