A hand-crafted, medium-bodied blend of 73% Cabernet Sauvignon and 27% Shiraz.
The grapes were sourced from Paarl and Swartland resulting in a seamless blend of bright fruit on the palate with balanced acidity.
The blend was matured for 12 months in French oak barrels.
This elegant wine is ready to drink now, but shows promise of development over years to come.
It continues to remain a favourite at Disneyland in the USA.
