Blue Crane Chenin Blanc 2016

This Chenin was lightly oaked in Hungarian and French oak for 9 months. A light, easy-drinking Chenin Blanc that is more on the tropical side. It punches well over its price-tag. Goes well with chicken and salad dishes, but has the weight and complexity to accompany blue cheese and other stronger dishes.
