A delicate blend with balanced acidity and mouth-watering fruit flavours of melon and strawberries.
The grapes were hand-harvested from the estate in Tulbagh and handled reluctantly to allow the fruit to show it’s true characteristics.
Both cultivars were fermented together in one tank.
Overall, a gorgeous pale pink creation hand-crafted to perfection.
