Blue Crane Vineyards First Flight White Blend 2018

A beautiful white blend.  Seductive mix of Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc and Viognier.  The Viognier component was fermented in Hungarian oak for 8 months.  A satin mouthfeel, rounded and medium-bodied wine with fresh, light acidity and tropical fruit flavours on the palate.  Displaying great length and weight.  A superb summer quaffer, well-made and simply delicious.
