Winemaker, Zia Fox has skilfully crafted a wine that is original and unique. The blend spent 18 months in French oak resulting in silky smooth tannins and hints of pepper on the palate. A creation that reflects the breadth and depth of the estate and highlights why Tulbagh is forging a strong place on the role of South Africa’s best terroir. Superbly smooth and youthful, this is a hand-made wine that seriously over delivers for its price.
