Bodega Gutierrez Colosia Fino en Rama Sherry

Authentic Fino Sherry selected straight from the butt to the bottle.  These wines are bottled to order – this makes the wine more interesting because the flor (yeast) has a different behavior according the season.

The wine is a deep golden colour with a slight cloudiness to it.

Organoleptic characteristics from the flor (bread, dough) are apparent on the nose which is typical of biological aging.

The palate is delicate, yet full with dry, salty notes on the finish.

Due to the sea humidity, biological aging has become a specialty of Gutierrez Colosia.
