A 100% Chenin Blanc MCC showcasing balance between generosity and restraint.
The wine has a delightful golden colour with a pale heart.
The Chenin was barrel fermented and left on the lees for 6 months, spending anther 8 months in tank before bottling. The wine was then matured for a further 42 months in bottle before disgorgement.
A tantalizing mousse releases a vibrant mix of fruit flavours which ends with a clean, integrated aftertaste.
