Bosman Family Vineyards Loose Cannon MCC 2015

Chardonnay-driven (74.5%) traditional MCC seduced into harmony with Pinot Noir (25%) and the unusual kiss of Pinot Meunir (0.5%) make this wine a very serious alternative to Champagne. The wine has a beautiful pale Autumn hue and has spent 6 months in tank and 18 months on the lees.  A tantalizing mousse releases a vibrant mix of fruit flavours which ends with a clean, integrated aftertaste.   Absolutely delicious with range of dishes from salads to pastas, smoked salmon and sushi.
