100% Pinot Gris from the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, specifically from the DeBos Vineyards overlooking Walker Bay. The grapes were hand-harvested then pressed at the family cellar in Wellington. The juice spent 3 months on the lees bringing generosity to the wine that balances with the natural acidity of the cool climate vineyard fruit.
