The Pinotage vineyards were planted 26 years ago and has proven itself to consistently produce fruit that forms a basis of award-winning wines.
The Pinotage is generous with a juicy heart and fine tannins. Two Pinotage vineyards were utilized from the Bosman Nursey. The first being Hexberg Vineyard which is one of the oldest vineyards used in the production of their wines. The second and younger vineyard, Haasland, lends to beautiful fruit flavours.
Two incredible ladies in the cellar, Corlea Fourie and Natasha Williams take care in preserving the fruit of the vintage. The fruit was de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then aged in 40% American oak and 60% French oak.
Pinotage is possibly the most challenging wine to produce, but definitely the most rewarding.
Can cellar for up to 15 years.
