Bradgate Chenin Blanc 2013
“Limited Release, cool-climate Chenin Blanc from the master winemakers at Jordan”
Produced entirely from a small plot in the Stellenbosch Kloof, which offers cooler Mediterranean conditions, typically a full 3C cooler than normal Stellenbosch temperatures. This cooler climate allows for later ripening and thus greater intensity of flavors within the fruit itself. Entirely tank-fermented, selected batches were given extended lees contact to add richness to the resultant wine.
