The house of Bruno Paillard is among the most prestigious, and one of the smallest Champagne houses in the world. Bruno originally worked as a broker acquiring a deep and extensive knowledge of Champagne, from this he developed a desire to create a Champagne that goes beyond what existed in terms of purity and elegance. He now has 32.5 hectares of vineyards of which 12 Hectares of them are Grand Cru (there are only 17 entitled to the appellation “Grand Cru”) in 15 villages. Those 100 individual plots supply more then 60% of the grapes for the house. Only the best fruit is selected from the best crus in Champagne which is then masterfully blended. Only first press juice is used.
Every drop goes through an extensive inspection from the fruit, to the individual cork testing, right through to the exclusive bottle design. With the disgorgement date printed on every bottle, there’s no wonder why Bruno Paillard is one of most decorated Champagne houses globally.
The Champagne of choice for over 250 Michelin Star restaurants worldwide.
