The grapes are all harvest by hand, ensuring only the best fruit is selected for this masterpiece. This is a departure from SA Cabernet Sauvignons, and a reflection of a completely different terroir. 55% of the wine was aged in French Oak and 45% in stainless steel tanks for 8 months. The palate is full and substantial with firm tannins and a long elegant finish.
