We fell instantly in love with this wine. Sourced from the more extreme parts of the families vineyards within the Colchagua Valley, the grapes are then hand-sorted to identify the finest fruit. 50% of the wine was matured in French oak and the other 50% in stainless steel tanks for 7 months. Selection is then done to identify the best barrels, which are then blended to make the “Reserva”. A wine with excellent structure, refreshing acidity and a long finish.
