Catchpole & Co. Woodward Ridge Chardonnay 2022

An easy-drinking, sophisticated, unoaked Chardonnay with depth and fresh, clean flavours. The two components were blended relatively early to ensure integration and stability of varietal freshness.  Separate parcels were picked individually at varying degrees of ripeness in order to build good complexity of acidity, fruit, depth and minerality. The juice was kept in tank and on its lees for 6 months with occasional battonnage.  This Chardonnay sets out to give you an easy drinking, sophisticated wine at an excellent price. This is not a one glass wonder, but a wine of which you can enjoy a bottle or three!
