Silky smooth and perfectly balanced. This has never failed to impress lovers of premium red blends and we are very excited to have our own limited production bottled under our own label. Consists of 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Petit Verdot, 5% Malbec and 2% Merlot.

Whilst it looks tricky at first the recipe is simple to produce at home, but leave plenty of time for the meet to slow-cook. The seared vegetables and braised lentils help to make this a comforting and delicious meal.
