Silky smooth and perfectly balanced. This has never failed to impress lovers of premium red blends and we are very excited to have our own limited production bottled under our own label. All the fruit was carefully hand-picked and transferred to fermentation tanks using the gravity system, allowing whole berry fermentation. The wine was matured for 18 months in older French barriques. Both a complex and balanced vintage with a generosity of fruit. Firm tannins add a freshness to the long sumptuous finish.
Consists of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon as the main component, followed by 29% Cabernet Franc, 8% Malbec and 6% Petit Verdot.
