Elgin Sauvignon Blanc has the advantage of cool maritime winds blowing off the South Atlantic Ocean, ensuring a long, slow, flavour-intensifying ripening period. The introduction of gorgeous aromas will draw you in, but the complex palate will leave you wanting more. Incredibly well-structured, with perfectly balanced distinct and concentrated flavours.
