In an age where Syrah is known for making big, polished and powerful wines, this is truly one of a kind with elegant spice and supple texture. Natural fermentation was employed so that the wine expresses the site and vintage rather than having a predetermined set of aromas and flavours. The wine was barrel fermented for 7 months before bottling.

This Syrah can be chilled for a few minutes before opening.
