Meaning ‘yellow’ in French, the colour of this wine is fabulous and a fitting introduction to what unfolds on the palate.

This is a Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc blend, with Semillon being the dominant portion. The fruit was allowed to fully ripen before harvest, to give the resultant juice the character to withstand gentle oaking and maturation. Both varietals were picked by hand from ocean-facing vineyards with low yielding vines adding to the deep complexity of the wine.

The result is a wonderfully complex white wine with a lot to say for itself. This is a white wine that even the most die-hard red wine fans will enjoy.
