An easy-drinking, sophisticated, un-oaked Chardonnay with fresh bright and clean flavours. The two components were blended relatively early to ensure integration and stability of varietal freshness. Individual grape-picking at varying degrees of ripeness makes the 2019 vintage show great complexity of acidity, fruit, depth and minerality.
