The blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot is like a perfect marriage where one varietal compliments the other. A harmoniously characterful blend of two of the most classic varieties which aims to reflect the sites in which it is grown.
The Cabernet Sauvignon was mostly whole berry fermented whilst the Merlot grapes were crushed and destemmed in separate fermenters. 40% of the wine was matured in French oak barrels for a period of 10 months before blending and bottling.
Beautiful fresh and fragrant aromas are apparent on the nose with bright red fruit and mint on the palate.
A long, vinously savoury finish.
