Catchpole & Co. Woodward Ridge Chardonnay 2020

An easy-drinking, sophisticated, un-oaked Chardonnay with fresh bright and clean flavours. The two components were blended relatively early to ensure integration and stability of varietal freshness. Individual grape-picking at varying degrees of ripeness makes the 2020 vintage show great complexity of acidity, fruit, depth and minerality. The juice was kept in tank and on its lees for 6 months with occasional battonnage.  This premium wine sets out to give you an easy drinking, sophisticated wine at an excellent price. This is not a one glass wonder, but a wine of which you can enjoy a bottle or three!
