In an age where Syrah is known for making big, polished and powerful wines, this is truly one of a kind with elegant spice and supple texture. Stainless steel fermentation promotes freshness and the extraction of soft tannins. Half of the wine was matured in older French Oak barrels for 6 months which ensures for a delicately oaked masterpiece.
This Syrah can be chilled for a few minutes before opening.
