Château Bel-Air Montagne Saint-Emilion 2010
“An exceptional Bordeaux from one of the oldest locations in the Montage Saint-Emilion appellation.”
Produced from using two classic Bordeaux varietals, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
This wine is beautifully ruby red in colour with notes of roasted coffee and chocolate on the nose.
The wine was matured for 12 months in French oak then a further 12 months in bottle.
The palate displays gorgeous blackberry flavours seeped in spices, supported by well-integrated tannins.
Beautifully vibrant and pure with a hint of smoky wood on the finish.
A finely balanced Montagne Saint-Emilion that pairs perfectly with red meat and cheese.
80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc
Gold – Concours Des Grands Vins de France 2012
