Description
A medium-bodied Rhône blend of noble varietals. The nearby Mediterranean Sea offers natural thermal regulation allowing the grapes to slowly develop richness and flavour concentration. Once harvested, the grapes went through a low temperature fermentation and maceration process which allows for slow and gentle extraction of flavour and colour. The wine was aged in vats as well as barrel, resulting in a deep purple hue in the glass. The nose is beautifully scented with herby aromas of juicy forest fruits and blackcurrant. The palate is fresh and supple with super fine tannins.
