Situated on the outskirts of the glorious medieval town of Beaune, Dom. Newman own a small parcel of exceptional Chardonnay which is much revered by locals and is considered a jewel in the Newman crown. The vineyard remains one of the few white/Chardonnay vineyards in the Cote de Beaune itself. Despite the rarity, this example provides true value for money when compared to other whites from the region. Classic and elegant, the 2014 is a vintage reputed for its purity and ageing potential.
