A delicate MCC showcasing a string of fine bubbles rising in the glass with an enticing pale yellow hue.
The grapes were whole bunch pressed and fermented for 2 weeks.
The wine was inoculated and bottled for the second fermentation and matured on the lees for a further 22 months before disgorgement.
On the nose you are met by an explosion of pears and green fig whilst the palate is dominated by a long creamy finish
