All of the fruit was hand-harvested, 100% destemmed and triple sorted. Despite the extra costs in doing this, they found an improvement in precision and purity of fruit in their wines. Beautifully dense purple in colour with a heady, succulent nose and velvety palate.
The wine fills the mouth, with no obstructive tannins, a little oak in perfect proportion and well-balanced acidity.
