Beautiful Gamay, the signature varietal of Beaujolais, harvested completely by hand to ensure only the healthiest grapes are selected.

The fruit is picked from 45 year old vineyards and goes through skin maturation for 20 days.  The wine spent 7 months in barrel and a further 12 months in bottle resulting in an impressive deep ruby colour, with distinct black fruit aromas.

Good length and fine, persistent tannins.
