“Exceptional Gamay from arguably one of the best known of the 10 Beaujolais crus”
Beautiful Gamay, the signature varietal of Beaujolais, harvested completely by hand to ensure only the healthiest grapes are selected.
The fruit was picked from 70 year old vines and transferred to vats where the wine matured for 7 months. This resulted in a deep ruby colour with good length and fine, persistent tannins.
