Domaine Gerard Tremblay Chablis 2015

This is really old-fashioned Chablis. Abundant and generous, ample and persistent, the aromas and flavours have developed beautifully; green apple, pear and tarragon are present, followed by a whisper of honeysuckle. Insanely good with something quite rich and sweet, such as scallops, white meats, and shellfish platter. This is what Chablis tasted like before fame and fortune drove production up, and quality down. Treat yourself.
