En Remilly is one of the best locations in St. Aubin and is situated on the south slope directly above Le Montrachet. The stony, barren limestone soil gives rise to produce wines with extreme minerality. This 100% Chardonnay originates from 25 year old vines and portrays perfect balance between freshness and ripeness.
The wine was matured in 100% French oak. After 12 months of aging the wine was pumped back into the tanks for bottle preparation
Can cellar for 5 to 10 years.
