6 hectares of very old Cinsault vines, located on sandstone soils parcels in the Châteauneuf du Pape AOC. “Experts” told Magellan that nothing could be done with Cinsault, advising him to rip out the vines. Thankfully he believed that with good terroir, great care in the vineyard and small yields, he could produce interesting wines with Cinsault. We’re glad he did!
