Du Toit Family Wines Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
“Full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon from two different terroirs in the Western Cape. Wonderfully smooth and so easy to drink.”
The grapes were carefully selected from two different vineyards from two different terroirs.
One vineyard can be found in the Swartland region and the other is located in the Breede Valley region.
The different characteristics of these terroirs adds to the complexity of this wine.
The grapes were crushed and vinified separately for 8 months in French oak barrels before being blended.
This Cabernet Sauvignon has solid structure with a strong mid-palate and a well-balanced, lingering finish.
This wine is ready to drink now, but can cellar for up to 10 years.
