Edouard Labeye Pinot Noir 2014

Edouard is a French winemaker producing outstanding wines both in France (Rhone) and here at The Winery of Good Hope. This is a personal project to create Burgundian-like cool-climate Pinot right here in the Elgin valley. With a satin, almost lace-like mouth feel, there’s no wonder why this Pinot Noir is so difficult to put down. The earthy and mineral characteristics that come through make for a wonderful expression of elegance and finesse.
