A refreshing Cuvée from the Côteaux du Sézannais region. The Côteaux du Sézannais vineyard is a magnificent terroir spread over 12 communes and 1477 ha. This is an ideal environment for growing Chardonnay. The wine is complex, ripe and fruitier compared to those from the northern region. Exotic fruits, citrus and white apple are apparant on the nose. This Champagne was bottle aged for 29 months which has resulted in a complex and dynamic wine. Each back label acts as an identity card, containing enhanced detail of the origin and personality of the wine, as well as a heat-sensitive marker to indicate when the wine is at a perfect serving temperature. 100% Chardonnay
