A wonderfully crisp Sauvignon Blanc with subtle herbaceous and grassy qualities.
The fruit was harvested by hand from the Paarl region early in the morning to retain the classic fresh qualities of a Sauvignon Blanc. This wine’s structure supports a clean palate with bold acidity and green citrus flavours.
The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and spent 6 weeks on the lees to enhance the colour and tannin structure.
A perfect Sauvignon Blanc in every way.
