From the Wellington, Bovlei area this lovely bubbly is created with optimum pinotage grapes with a slight touch of Muscat d’Alexandrie. A lovely natural sweetness is added to the dried red berry fruit of the Herminoir. All aromas and flavours are brought forward by the addition of just the right amount of bubbles. Perfect summer sipping!
