Fat Barrel Quiet Resolve 2020 “Project 827 – Cuvee Jean-Louis”

A beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon and Cinsault blend sourced from independent farms in Stellenbosch, Robertson and Paarl.

Each varietal was fermented separately on their own skins and spent14 months in 3^rd and 4^th fill oak barrels.

This wine shows exquisite balance between its structured tannins and pure Cabernet fruit, all cleanly framed with the balanced acidity of the Cinsault.

This blend is bright and fresh at its young age and can be enjoyed right away, but will gain texture and nuance aging for the next 7 years
